Yay! My bedroom actually has walking space. For a little background, my ex and I bought an amazing bedroom set with a king size tempurpedic bed in our previous place. Our room was huge and it looked awesome.
When we bought this house, the bedrooms are all significantly smaller. The king bed and one dresser went from one wall to the other (the dresser was sideways, making it completely useless). So we couldn’t put the bed frame up as we wanted to use some of the drawers in the dresser. It’s been on the floor which, makes for an extremely grumpy pregnant woman.
I decided at the beginning of this year that I was going to fix that bedroom. I went out and bought a double size mattress this week and it was delivered today. Omg, I haven’t slept in a double in years… Couples sleep this close?! No wonder people cuddle! They don’t have a choice!!
Anyways, super excited about it. I can walk on my floor in my room! Now I’m thinking about painting the room this summer. I’m thinking a light brown (furniture is dark brown). However, I’m a decorat-idiot. If anyone has suggestions or whatever, I’d love to hear them :)
